Return policy for Centrul Natura digital products
Books in digital format (ebooks) cannot be returned under any conditions. The customer has the responsibility to check the compatibility of the electronic formats available on centrulnatura.ro with the owned device. Books in secure electronic format cannot be converted to other formats. Centrul Natura cannot return, convert or make other formats available to the client than those existing on the website at the time of the transaction.
The books in secure digital format, in PDF formats, distributed by Centrul Natura can only be accessed through the ADOBE DIGITAL EDITIONS software platform.
Before accessing books in digital format, it is MANDATORY to authorize Adobe Digital Editions with an Adobe account. Moreover, if an electronic book has been opened with unauthorized Adobe Digital Editions, and authorization is subsequently made, the book/books downloaded and accessible before authorization will become unavailable. In this situation, Centrul Natura will not refund the value of the ebook, nor will it resend another copy of the digital book in a version that has not yet been licensed to a user.
Books authorized on an Adobe Digital Editions account cannot be accessed from another account, even if those accounts are owned by the same person. Thus, if an account is deactivated, Centrul Natura will not resend new copies of the books to be authorized on the new Adobe Digital Editions account.
